You may have run across the “Think like a Farmer” meme. Let’s take “thinking” one step further.
On Fridays, as we say good bye for the weekend, I sometimes ask my team members: “Are you coming back on Monday?”
The Pareto Principle (also known as the 80/20 rule) states that (as a general principle), roughly 80% of the effects or output come from 20% of the causes or input – this applies to leadership as well.
I consider “No Fear” to be one of my leadership principles. For me this means, not to create personal pressure, not to threaten, not to create the fear of making mistakes.
Colleagues from the training & development profession are familiar with the “70-20-10-model” of learning and development.
The good part: I am sure there is no need to convince anyone here about the significance of learning. So, instead of preaching, let’s get a bit more hands-on.
