Speaking about Leadership Culture

I had the pleasure to speak about Leadership Culture at the HR Summit in Cluj, Romania. The interview afterwards reflects on some of the key messages:

Beyond my job title as Human Resources Managers, I aim to be a Human Relation Enabler.
We used to do things to people, we often do them for people,
best thing is to do them with people!
