I consider “No Fear” to be one of my leadership principles. For me this means, not to create personal pressure, not to threaten, not to create the fear of making mistakes.
Digitization is one of the greatest challenges any organization faces. The speed and the impact with which business models get turned upside down and inside out can be overwhelming. For most people in your organization, it might even be frightening.
The good part: I am sure there is no need to convince anyone here about the significance of learning. So, instead of preaching, let’s get a bit more hands-on.
