Bad leadership is hard to grab. The criteria of good or bad leadership are to a certain extent subjective. And when does bad leadership turn dark?
The Pareto Principle (also known as the 80/20 rule) states that (as a general principle), roughly 80% of the effects or output come from 20% of the causes or input – this applies to leadership as well.
Is there a difference between Management and Leadership? And if yes, which of the two is better? Or is that the wrong question?
